Built in 2003 and located on the N52 midway between Birr and Kilcormac in rural surrounds, this stone edifice incorporates a bistro, full bar, and seven ensuite bedrooms, including accommodation for the physically impaired.

For those using public transport, due to its prime location (on a National Secondary Route) access is simple by bus - Kearns Bus www.kearnstransport.com travel to and from Dublin city centre daily and Bus Eireann www.corasiompaireireann.ie also offer a daily bus and rail service. Enroute/ Fivealley is an official bus stop off point while trains operate to Tullamore town only.
